Real COGS is what each unit actually cost you by the time it shipped: supplier price, freight, customs, duties, storage, and handling. We pull cost per item from Shopify automatically, let you add the rest, and recompute every order's margin against the fully-loaded number. On top of that, we track Shopify payment fees, refunds, returns, ad spend across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon, and any custom expense category you add: 3PL fees, software subscriptions, contractor costs, anything that hits your bank account.
Your financial data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and in transit via TLS. We're fully GDPR compliant and your data is never sold or shared for advertising.

Update the cost per item or any custom cost category at any time. TrueBeacon stores cost history, so historical orders keep their original margins and new orders get the new costs. You can also bulk-update costs from a CSV when you renegotiate with a supplier or add a new shipping lane.
